Zachary Brantly is an Associate within the Equity Capital Markets desk at Credit Agricole, a global corporate and investment bank. During his undergraduate career at Indiana Delta, Zach served two terms as GP and led the Grand Chapter committee for 3 years, resulting in the Grand Chapter Award at GAC 2014 in Phoenix. At GAC 2014, Zach was named Phi Kappa Psi Undergraduate of the Year for his achievements and accolades within and outside of the Greek community. Zach has continued to serve Indiana Delta as a member of the Housing Corporation. Zach holds a BS from Purdue University.
Dave Hou is an Acquisitions Analyst at ATCO Properties, a real estate investment firm with over $2B portfolio of real estate holdings, deploying capital in the office and retail sector. Dave served as NYCAA’s Board President from 2015-2017, leading the group as the Most Outstanding Alumni Association in the Country presented at 2016’s Grand Arch Council. Dave served multiple executive positions as an undergraduate at PA Lambda, and accredits his skills today to leading his chapter and attending the American Leadership Academy. Dave currently heads NYCAA’s network development, expanding the robust platform and connecting Brothers across New York City. Dave holds a MS from Columbia University and a BS from Penn State University.
Matt Szajdecki, CPA, is a consultant at CFGI, a highly specialized financial consulting firm. Previously, he was an AVP in the equity derivatives product control division at CitiBank. Matt began his career at Ernst & Young as an associate in the audit practice with focus in the media and entertainment industry. As an undergraduate, Matt was a Founding Father and first the Chapter Treasurer of NJ Gamma, and currently assists the Housing Corporation with tax matters. Matt holds a BS with cum laude and a Masters of Accountancy with magna cum laude from Rutgers University.
Jeremy Cohen is an Account Manager and a Third Generation at his family's office technology company, LDI Color ToolBox. As an undergraduate, Jeremy held the positions of Secretary, Membership Recruitment and Pledge Education for CO Alpha. He credits Phi Kappa Psi for his early developments and achievements in business & networking, holding such position as Vice President of Business Networking International. Jeremy earned his BS in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Shiladitya "Dee" Bhawmik is a Construction Sales Account Manager at Schneider Electric. Dee was a re-founding father at NJ Gamma and held multiple leadership positions to guide its success. Dee has kept close ties with the NYCAA since his undergraduate days and attributes his chapter's success to NYCAA's involvement. Dee's vision is to continue to build the depth of the group network, and encourage all brothers to experience the value NYCAA provides.
Ryan Gary is a graduate student at New York University currently finishing his masters in computer science. Previously he led capital projects for a manufacturing consulting firm. During his undergraduate career, Ryan held positions of Pledge Educator and Activities Treasurer. Ryan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Nathan Kovarik is an Analyst at Dyal Capital Partners, a leading Private Equity firm dedicated to acquiring minority stakes in alternative asset managers. During his undergraduate career, Nathan served terms as Indiana Delta's Academics, Risk Management and Social chair. Nathan was also involved in Purdue University's Interfraternity Council for 3 years, eventually serving as the Vice President of Operations. Nathan holds a BS from Purdue University.
Anthony Milano is the Co-Founder and Principal at Crown Architecture and Consulting, D.P.C., as well as Co-Founder and Partner at United Property Partners, a real estate development firm. As an undergraduate Anthony served two terms as GP at RI Beta before becoming IFC President. Anthony started his professional career working for the American Leadership Academy at Marbella Suites en la Playa. Anthony now serves Phi Kappa Psi as a Director for the American Leadership Academy, where he founded the No Bad Day Scholarship, appointed Director of Alumni Involvement for the Executive Council, and was NYCAA Board President from 2012 to 2015. Anthony sits as Executive Board Member for the Real Estate Services Alliance, Director of the Board for New York City Chapter of the New York State Restaurant Association, and the Chair of the American Institute of Food and Wine - NYC.
Jim is Realtor and Salesperson at RE/MAX. Jim currently works on a top-10 ranked RE/MAX of New Jersey real estate team, spearheaded by a fellow Phi Psi, leading the way in Hudson and Bergen County. During his time as an undergraduate, Jim served as GP of RI Beta and began his career as an Intern at the American Leadership Academy under Jerry Nelson. Jim holds a BS from the University of Rhode Island.
John Lauterio is an Associate at Conatus Capital Management LP, a global long and short equity Hedge Fund. John previously worked at Centaur Performance Group, a multi-strategy Hedge fund. John served as VGP, Treasurer and House Manager at RI Beta, and later became President and Treasurer of the Interfraternity Council. John holds two BS degrees with cum laude from the University of Rhode Island.
Josh Ratner is the National Divisional Marketing and Sales Director for the Hess Collection Wine Company, where his team manages 30% of the company’s national sales. Josh accredits his career in the Alcohol Beverage industry to working for a Phi Psi in similar business. Josh served as GP of RI Beta and Executive Member of IFC before becoming an Intern at the American Leadership Academy. Josh holds a BA from the University of Rhode Island, and currently lives in Bergen county with his wife, son and another baby on the way.
Gabriel Mancuso is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Moses & Singer LLP. An experienced transactional attorney, Gabe has represented clients in the negotiation and execution of financing, acquisition, disposition, international leasing, development, and construction transactions. Gabe was previously an In-house Attorney for BlackRock. Gabe credits Phi Kappa Psi for leadership roles with student government and in various extracurricular campus activities in undergrad. Gabe earned his JD from Seton Hall University and BA from University of Rhode Island.
